1. Information We Collect

1.1 Shopify Store Information

Shop Domain & Owner Email
We read your shop’s domain and the store owner’s email address in order to identify and authenticate your store.

1.2 Metafields Data

Our app only interacts with the following metafields on your behalf:

• product.metafields.* (Product Metafields)
• variant.metafields.* (Variant Metafields)
• custom.metafields.* (Custom Metafields)

We may also create specific custom metafields when you first install or launch the app, so that our table view and import/export functions work correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display & Management
  To show you a consolidated table of your product and variant metafields, and to let you edit, add, or remove those metafield values.
• Initialization
  On first use, we generate a small set of custom metafields (e.g. _first_variant_price_for_single_piece) so that our UI can reliably store and surface per‑variant data.
• Persisting Changes
  When you update values in our interface, we write those changes back to Shopify’s metafield store in real time.
• Support & Troubleshooting
  If you contact us with an issue, we may reference your metafield configuration to help diagnose and resolve your problem.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Third‑Party Services

We do not share any metafield data with external analytics or marketing providers. All reads and writes occur directly between your Shopify store and our app.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to comply with a valid legal process (e.g. court order).

4. Data Retention

During Active Use

We only persist your metafield configuration for as long as your app installation remains active.

After Uninstallation

Upon app removal, we immediately revoke access tokens. We do not retain your metafield data beyond what Shopify itself keeps; any custom metafields we created remain in your store until you delete them via Shopify.

5. Security Measures

  All API calls between our app and Shopify occur over HTTPS/TLS.
• Access Controls
  We store your access tokens securely and rotate them regularly to prevent unauthorized use.
• Principle of Least Privilege
  Our app only requests the minimal set of scopes needed to read, write, and create the specific metafields listed above—nothing else.

• Access & Correction
  You may view and edit all metafield data at any time via our app or directly in your Shopify Admin.
